What ACI does

Platform Capabilities

Built on a unified, attributed history of Salesforce changes, ACI delivers the visibility, intelligence, and control needed to manage human and AI-driven activity.

Change Activity Tracking

Capture every Salesforce data change made by users, AI agents, workflows, integrations, and automations — down to the field, with the value before and after.

Human & Agent Productivity Analytics

Measure the volume, speed, effectiveness, and outcomes of work performed by your people and your digital workers, on the same scale.

Agent Quality Monitoring

Identify incorrect, unnecessary, duplicate, and low-quality changes made by AI agents — so you can fix the agent, not just the record.

Anomaly & Risk Detection

Detect unusual activity patterns, suspicious changes, unexpected spikes, and potentially harmful behavior as it happens.

Governance & Audit Intelligence

A complete history of who or what changed each record, when it happened, and how the change was initiated.

Change Recovery & Investigation

Investigate incidents, follow the exact sequence of changes, and roll back the affected business data.

Point-in-time replay

Any record. Any moment.
Drag time and watch the truth change.

ACI reconstructs a record's exact state at any instant by replaying its captured history — that's what makes reversing one actor's work possible without disturbing anyone else's.

Why ACI

Salesforce can tell you a field changed.
ACI tells you who changed it — and lets you take it back.

Humans and digital workers in one ledger

Native auditing was designed for an org where people made the changes. ACI treats an AI agent, a workflow, and an integration as first-class actors alongside your users — measured the same way, on the same timeline.

Trace any change to a specific actor

Filter the entire change history down to one agent, one integration, one user, or one window of time — and see precisely what that actor touched and what it was worth.

Reverse, don't restore

Backup tools bring back a whole object as it looked at a point in time, taking every good change since with it. ACI reverses one actor's writes and leaves everything else exactly where it is.

FAQ

Questions worth asking before you deploy agents

What counts as an actor?

Anything that can change data in your org: your users, AI agents, workflows, automations, and integrations. ACI records each of them the same way, so a change made by an agent sits on the same timeline — and in the same reports — as a change made by a person.

Can we roll back only what one agent did?

Yes. That is the core of the product. You can scope a rollback to a specific actor and a specific window of time, and ACI reverses only that actor's writes. Changes made by everyone else during the same window stay exactly as they are.

Does this replace our backup tool?

No — the two solve different problems. A backup protects you against losing data and brings an object back to how it looked at a point in time. ACI explains what happened and reverses a specific actor's activity without discarding the legitimate work that happened alongside it. Most teams running agents in production want both.

Who is ACI built for?

Enterprises putting agentic solutions into production on Salesforce — typically the CTO office and the executives responsible for the Salesforce implementation. It is aimed at the people accountable for what the agents do once they are live, not just the team that builds them.

Do we have to change how our agents are built?

No. ACI observes the changes that land in your org, so it covers agents you built in-house, agents you bought, and the automations and integrations that were already there — without any of them being instrumented for it.

How do we get started?
