This privacy policy explains how AI Wind (“AI Wind”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit aiwind.io (the “Website”), contact us, or request a demo of ACI.

This policy covers the Website only. If your organization uses ACI, the data processed inside the product is governed by your organization’s agreement with us, not by this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect only what you choose to send us, plus the minimum technical data needed to serve the Website.

Contact form. Your email address and message, and optionally your first name, last name, and company.

Demo request form. Your name, job title, business email, phone number, company name, company size, and country or region. Optionally, your industry, Salesforce edition, number of Salesforce users, AI agent adoption stage, areas of interest, and any notes you add.

Emails you send us. If you email us directly, we receive whatever the email contains.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser user agent, and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the Website and protect it from abuse and attacks.

We do not ask for, and ask that you not send us, sensitive information such as health data, financial account details, or government ID numbers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your message or demo request
  • Set up and follow up on a demo instance you have requested
  • Contact you about related AI Wind products, where you have agreed to this on the demo request form
  • Keep the Website secure and working

We do not sell your personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use it to build advertising profiles.

Cookies and Tracking

The Website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.

The Website saves a single setting in your browser’s local storage to remember whether you prefer the light or dark theme. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

How Your Information Is Stored

Form submissions are not saved in a database on the Website. When you submit a form, it is delivered as an email to the AI Wind team and kept in our business email system for as long as we need it to handle your request and manage our relationship with you. We delete it once it is no longer needed, or sooner if you ask.

Service Providers

We share personal information only with the service providers we use to run the Website and our business:

  • Cloudflare hosts the Website, processes form submissions, and protects the Website against attacks.
  • Resend delivers form submissions to our inbox as email.
  • Microsoft 365 hosts our business email, where submissions and correspondence are kept.

These providers process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

International Transfers

Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses offered by these providers.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, we process your personal information on the basis of:

  • Your request, to respond to messages and demo requests you send us
  • Your consent, to contact you about related products, which you can withdraw at any time
  • Our legitimate interests, to keep the Website secure and run our business

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Delete your information
  • Restrict or object to how we process it
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent to being contacted at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days and will not discriminate against you for making a request. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security

All traffic to the Website is encrypted with HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and filtered for spam before delivery, and access to our email systems is limited to the AI Wind team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

The Website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Website links to third-party sites such as LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
